I am writing to you as Kaushalendra Kumar on behalf of Mr. Sundar (name changed), a resilient individual who has faced immense challenges, and many others like him. Sundar, a former black belt karate instructor and martial arts coach, lost his voice due to a laryngectomy necessitated by cancer in 2017. Despite his ongoing battle with the disease, he struggles to secure employment, as his voice loss has become a significant barrier. The Gazette of India notification dated December 28, 2016, under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Section 2(zc) and Schedule 1(D), clearly defines “speech and language disability” as a permanent disability resulting from conditions such as laryngectomy or aphasia. This recognition acknowledges the profound impact of voice loss on individuals’ livelihoods, particularly for cancer survivors like me , who face employment challenges due to their inability to communicate verbally.

There should only one or two slab of GST. The Govt can impose 2% of GST on every item. No refund to be given. Refund increase manual interference which ultimately increase corruption. Heavy penalty who do not submit GST. Basically it will be GST added like VAT. Complicate system increase burden and vendors has to go for professional advice. This will increase more numbers of goods.

Respected Prime Minister, I wish to suggest a simple, effective system to improve the quality of our roads: • Assign one person or entity the road maintenance contract for a specific territory, or for multiple territories if they can handle it. • The contract should be for one financial year only. • The contractor will be paid a few lakhs extra upfront to encourage quality work—but not a single rupee more will be allowed as bonus or escalation within that year. • Strict accountability: • If the contractor fails to maintain the road according to set standards, they should be both blacklisted and fined. • Blacklisting must prevent them from getting future government contracts anywhere in the country. This approach will promote responsibility and honesty, eliminate excuses for poor roads, and ensure efficient use of public funds.

Dear PM ji, You have set a very high standard in public administration. However, our experience with TRAI in resolving issues with one particular mobile telephone service provider is bitter. CPGRAMS complaint neither was helpful as the service provider gives some reply suitable to them and it is closed automatically with no resolution. My suggestion is we must some other mechanism to give justice to such harassed subscribers. Ishwari Bharath
