Mann Ki Baat can introduce “Tech Se Samarth Bharat”, a campaign for inclusive technology. Possible messages: Call upon tech companies and volunteers to organize “Digital Saksharta Camps” in villages and small towns. Encourage youth to teach elders how to use UPI, DigiLocker, telemedicine, and e-learning apps. Announce a new Digital Didi Mission, training rural women to use smartphones for entrepreneurship and e-governance services. This would make the Digital India movement more humane, inclusive, and transformative.

Sir, the problem of bullying in schools and colleges goes on despite all efforts of the government to stop it. PM Sir, please pass a bill on all educational institutions, private or public, to follow. This rule should impose immediate termination of students found bullying others, causing physical injury, with proof of the same. Suspension and termination of Academic heads and staff who can't impose discipline in their campuses. Also a rule that however brilliant the student is, he should be black listed and not given admission to any institute to prevent further escalation of bullying in higher institutions of learning. Every parent and student needs to sign an agreement of conduct, failing which the child can be rusticated from that institution. This strict law will ensure abidance and those who don't obey can do their education privately from home and get degrees. Even in government or public service no such person is ineligible for any Govt education loans for study or start ups.

Hon'ble PM ji. I have an idea that we should do something like SCREEN OFF DAY once a year. Today we see the people are always sticking to their phones. They don't have time or more importantly intention to live in the real world. One day should be observed where people are expected to live in the real world and do not use their phones for the entire day. This will drastically reduce screen time and will act as good detox to clear fatigue in brain. On this day they can go on trip, talk to elders talk to strangers etc. One more thing, Also please ban Phones on pilgrimage sites. I recently gone to Pavagadh Temple, the long line was berly moving because people when they chance came for darshan they were busy in clicking photos. if phones are mandated to get switched off, it will save lots of time.
