Sir due to poor investigation teams Recovery of Digital fraud money is almost NIL. Need to set up a special team to hunt down the digital criminals. The local police is not technologically trained and don’t have time as they are busy in night duty, election duty .The criminals directly involved ( first rank) must be held accountable and their AADHAR CARD and PAN Card must be frozen with all their movable and fixed assets seized. The recovery of this money should be through banks and not by court orders as it involves advocates charging heavy fees without guarantee of the money.

Social behaviour is a big concern for our country.it is a big challenge to control at public place.some suggestion has been given for it. 1 A chapter of social behaviour has been included in school syllabus. 2 Social training camp has to be organised in all village and urban areas. 3 Spiritual and religious organisation has been organised satsang and other activity for given social guidance. 4 Social value will be injected in youth generation for develop their civic sense. 5 Evening debate has to be organised on different social and moral values.
