Due to pension schemes and some other beneficial scheme to the hard working people are making them lazy and not working, previous every one worried for not getting work not no one ready to work because they are getting habituated for easy money. With several schemes a small family is getting money easily, government has to provide scheme for working not sharing money directly, Everyone has to work hard for earning money else this easy money will lead the nation to man power crises in future. No one should get anything for free except education and health remaining all they need to earn hard. Here everyone is getting unnecessary things free then necessary things which are leading to laziness, some times crime rate increase also.

Not providing Holidays on the eve of festivals are leading to leaving the festivals like Sree Ram Navami, Krishnastami also holidays are not provided and their are so many festivals state wise. I must be notified that state wise and national wise festivals must be declared holidays then not celebrating these festivals will lead to leaving the culture for necessity. Next generations may not be knowing about some festivals like we also forgot some festivals which were not celebrated. It must be considered very seriously to save nation and the culture for our future generations.

Other Countries booming in agriculture in same time India leaving Agriculture. Every year due to industries and real estate, agriculture land in India is getting reduced. I am from Hyderabad, 20 years back framing is happening hardly 5 kilometers away from Hyderabad but know if we travel for 50kms also we wont find any one farming, all lands are converting into real estate plots. If this continues then in future it is very hard to get food for a huge populated country like us, then artificial, duplicate(nakili) products will rule the market. Farmers also telling, if I farming am not sure I will get money but with real estate am getting money immediately. Agri Start Up Companies required in India, we should boom agriculture not industries. In Covid also we survive due to food is available in India, if we depend on other countries for food then we will see worst situations in India. Food, Shelter and Health is mandatory for all, If 3 not available then remaining all things are waste only

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Mann Ki Baat is a wonderful platform that connects citizens with the nation’s leadership. I would like to suggest focusing more on empowering rural youth, supporting small businesses, and promoting digital skills in villages. If young people receive proper skill training and opportunities, they can create jobs and strengthen our economy. These efforts will help India move faster towards the vision of a strong and prosperous Viksit Bharat 2047. Thank you for giving citizens the opportunity to share ideas and participate in nation building.
