i had been requesting BMRCL bangalore to provide few three piece seating installed at entry bay of bangalore bmrcl stations. during peak hours its sad to see yound ,old and families seating on entry staircase waiting for pickup, these passengers block the entry of passengers also expose them to unhygenic conditions sitting on stair way . about two years back BMRCL agreed to my letters with acknowledgements but later they stoped responding. I request you to put up a word or formal note to BMRCL chairman reporting to central goverment..it will be big relief for commuters.
