Mitigation of Corruption in Panchayats most common reasons: 1) low salary to Sarpanch , and all other employees 2) Unnecessary decentralisation (Sarpanch should be elected by people and not by ward member , which fuels co-operative corruption for power balance.) 3) lack of proper use of digital Audit in public works. Solutions: 1) Using AI era tech , we don't need 3-4 employees (gram sevak,talathi,shipai,etc.)( anyways they don't help😅 ; personal experience) , Instead we can hire 1 single person , who will be paid fair enough to not indulge in corruption acts and do all the work , effortlessly. 2) There is PANCH(5 people board) system in Indian villages, we can get some elders, along with youth in advisory board (No compensation) , and Sarpanch and upsarpanch will be accountable for execution for specific segment such as Education, health and sanitation,etc. and PAID FAIRLY ( 30K-40K ) and Dismantle Ward system as it's not of much use.

What is the hindrance for New India World Power ? India is on the way for World Power not only in Science/Technology but also in achieving third GDP in economy in the World. But the main another hindrance is increasing of reservations for employments,education and in other fields and the neglect of merits of youngsters in all these fields. The Governments are aware how the youngsters who achieved good merits in Engine,Technology and other fields are leaving the country due to lack of opportunities. No doubt reservation based on Castes necessary for those who are not aware the Schemes due to lack knowledge should get preference of job quotas. Now days even the powerful Castes who are already well settled in politics,employments,economy and socially forward are also in forefront to demanding reservations for their Castes. If the reservation quoita is increased (despite SC verdict for restrictions) that no vacancy will bes left for merit candidates. The Government should restrict.
