Respected Prime ministerji, I am a retired IAS officer with administrative background and have personal suggestions to reform administration. 1.Central university Act 2009 needs ammendments or reforms on the administrative side. The common act 2009 is not interpreted and implemented the same way in all CUs. Considering the fact the CUs are autonomous they do thereway. 2. There should be a policy of compulsory general transfer norms for Group A And Group B officers of teaching and nonteaching staff of CUs between states sharing boundaries of their state of posting. i suggest the above two recommendations based on what i have observed in my nearby CU... when staff are sure there will be no transfer for them, they do illegal things , manipulate the records, influence even the external audit, andtry to settle personal grudges. So a 3 or 5 year norm of transfer as in state services can purify the activities in a CU. 4. For teachers there has to be Efficiency Bar norms in their activitie.

Since the new labour laws came into effect in November of last year—and the corresponding rules are set to be implemented this year—the base year for all categories of employment must be revised. As the wage structure is set to undergo changes, both the Central and State governments must issue new government orders regarding wage revisions for employment across all sectors.Currently, no coins or currency notes with a denomination of less than one rupee are in circulation within the country. Consequently, the monetary value assigned to the points used to determine wage allowances for any job in the nation should not fall below one rupee. Since the wage structure is set to change in accordance with the provisions of the new labour laws, there is a risk that existing wage agreements could be adversely affected. Consequently, under the new legislation, it is mandatory for all MNCs to enter into new collective wage agreements for all categories of employment.

It is time we start moving people from cities to villages and increase natural farming in traditional Indian way. This may be the only way we could feed our large population because our service economy is collapsing and it will not provide jobs for the youth we are creating. we also have an urgent need to reduce population. thank you

India's $250 billion IT industry is not facing disruption — it is facing destruction, as AI replaces the human labor arbitrage that built it overnight. The Nifty IT Index has already crashed 21% in a single month; hiring is frozen; clients no longer need us. The Government of India must declare this a national economic emergency and act now — or watch an entire generation of engineers and the Rupee itself collapse together.

India has a abundant organic resources such as cattle dunk, agriculture resident and foods waste that can be effectively converted into biogas, encouraging the installation of small scale biogas plant in rural and semi urban areas could reduce the dependency on LPG lower government subsidy burden and provide a clean and renewable household In addition, the use of biogas would help in better waste management, reduce Green house emission and support rural livelihood. Government incentives, awareness campaign, and financial assistance for setting up biogas unit could accelerate it adoption among household and farmers. I humbly request the government to consider strengthening policies and program that promote biogas technology for domestic use
