It Takes months and years to get things done in Govt Offices. Reason being 1. MIND SET of dept heads and lower staff. 2. No proper training 3. No monthly performance reports displayed in their websites. 4 Npt following best practices achieved. 5 What takes 1 to 2 days in govt offices in Singapore takes Months and years. When PM can achieve in 8 years what has not been achieved in past 65 years , overtaking singapore in good governance is achievable. Dept heads should be leaders who can deliver.

You should make it mandatory to introduce one class of inculcating values for children for all the levels of education. Language English, Hindi is not so mandatory. They don't add too much value in life but, a values education subject will grow, loving, caring and sensitive individuals. It should be mandatory for government and private schools.
