Manufacturing of plastic and other pollutants should be banned in the country on a war footing. If manufacturing stops no one will have choice to use such products. Law can be passed to enable citizens to convert their petrol/diezel vehicles into electric vehicles. Production of petrol and diesel vehicles can be stopped.

Private sector employees make a sizeable portion of India's work force. There are not a lot of laws protecting them from exploitation from the management. Laws should be passed and made public so that employee exploitation stops in the private sector.Jai Hind

Respectful and Honourable Sri Narendra Modi Sir, Iam Prasanth.T.Raju ( 42 years ), Iam a Keralite. Sir , in our India there are rules enforced for motor vehicles and fines collected for violation of rules. Sir the rules should be enforced for people who are walking on the wrong side of the road. Many people are daily walking through the left side instead of right side which proves a nuisance and tension for the people who drive the vehicles. lot of money can be collected through fines. In India 3 days back I happen to see in newspaper about the increased road accidents in India. At present I saw a car hitting 2 youngsters walking in the left side in you tube 2 weeks back . If people start walking in the right side then there are lot of indirect benefits too. Drivers of vehicles needn't apply horns much leading to less sound pollution, vehicles needn't be stopped quite often.

Respectful and Honourable Sri Narendra Modi Sir, Iam Prasanth.T.Raju ( 42 years ), MBA , Diploma in labour laws and Administrative Laws. Iam a Keralite. Sir, the weight of the school bags loaded with books are huge which has to be carried by school going children. Iam very sad to see small girls carrying huge bags . Daily the school has about 7/8 periods with 30 - 35 minutes duration. Students has to bring books of these 7 periods. Sir the daily periods can be reduced to 5 if the duration is extended from 35 minutes to 45 / 50 minutes. Then students need to bring books of only 5 periods which reduces the weight of school bags greatly . Not only this Sir, concentration power of students will increase in future if duration is extended. I was an Asst Professor earlier but now Iam planning to go to Canada soon. Before going to a new country I eagerly like to do something good for my nation. My phone number is 9562272881, 7306252507 ( whatsapp ) .

Government of India should be give more focus on creation of new employment opportunities for the people based on the creating any kind of organizations successful it is required to create brand value that kind of process should be implemented by the different employers that kind of policies should be implemented in the corporate laws and that brand values defined by the employees based on All our policies as much as employees friendly and open door for employees go wherever you want to go and do whatever you want to do without any creating hurdles in the name of processes and policies by creating so many restrictions if we change that kind of thought processes then our country will become economically empowered and providing new employment opportunities That is the big success mantra for any kind of organizations and always remember that employees are the only brand builders of the organizations and if they happy organizations will automatically grow.

Respectful and Honourable Sri Narendra Modi Sir, Iam Prasanth.T.Raju ( 42 years ), MBA, Diploma in labour laws and Administrative Laws . Iam a Keralite. In India we have divided big states into 2 eg Orissa was formed from Bihar, Uttaranchal from UP etc. All this were done for effective administration only. In the same way the subject of Mathematics is a nightmare for 90 % of the students. Many drop this subject after 10th due to the fear. To get rid of it I feel it better if this subject is divided into 2 - Maths 1 and Maths 2. This is a psychological move towards increasing the efficiency of children studying this difficult subject. Divide and study Maths will be easily managed by students. Thanks for the patient reading Sir and May God bless you ( the great visionary of modern India )

Most Respectful and Honourable Sri Narendra Modi Sir, Iam Prasanth.T.Raju ( 42 years old ), ( Has worked as Asst Professor earlier ). Iam a Keralite. Sir , my issue is about the ignoring of the singing of National Anthem in colleges ( after plus 2 ). Our National Anthem is sung at the end of the day in schools but not after that. Patriotism of the students shouldn't end at the age of 15 / 17 ( 10th std / 12th std ) . It should continue. It would be better if the students and teachers sing the National Anthem at the end of all class timings every day in the colleges , higher education departments and universities. patriotism are less spotted in present times. This will inculcate the feeling of patriotism, oneness, togetherness, unity , National integration, and even discipline among the students to a great extent. Moreover this can be implemented with zero investment too Sir. Thank you for patient readin
