Hon’ble PM, over the past decades, India had selectively promoted our rich Cultural Heritage and to some extent our biotic ‘Natural Heritage’ but it had badly neglected its abiotic/geodiversity natural heritage components in which our country is very rich. To popularize these aspects of great social relevance the FIRST International Geodiversity Day will be celebrated on October 06, 2022. The attached file has further details. माननीय प्रधामंत्री जी ,कुछ सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत शिक्षकों द्वारा बहुत मेहनत एवं लगन से बच्चों को पढ़ाया जाता है, परन्तु बहुत बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे स्कूल भी है जहां के शिक्षक अपनी जिम्मेदारियों के प्रति गंभीर नहीं है। सरकार को इनको तीन श्रेणियों a b c में बांटकर उसी के अनुसार वेतन प्रोन्नति इत्यादि तय करनी चाहिए यदि सम्भव हो तो ख़राब प्रदर्शन वाले शिक्षकों को कम वेतन कटौती करके देना चाहिए और उसकी कटौती से बचे वेतन को बेहतर प्रदर्शन वाले शिक्षकों को अधिक वेतन दिया जाए।

Sub: To think on reducing extra burden on students, in terms of Exam Fee. Dear Sir, Generally in any government exam like UGC or B.ed entrance or IBPS, exam fee charged are very high. All General category people can't afford such high fee. This creates psychological discrimination in minds of students paying high fee. You are more intelligent and powerful than me. I am just presenting my view point, regarding seeking your sight towards reducing exam fee burden. Thankyou.

Dear Modiji, I am die hard fan of yours but only speaking the MAAN KI BAAT is not enough. you should have to convert that to reality. When you are thinking to make India progressive and doing your best to see the India in top list in every sector where as your ministers are doing nothing. When a common man have to wait 7 days to get a gas cylinder to deliver at his door steps , your thinking to become super power. Now a days every common man is getting looted but no action by the Government. I am giving one example only. I booked a gas cylinder on 10th of September but the cash memo is not generated yet, when I called customer service , they are telling the gas will deliver with in 7 working days. you call after 7 working days. and quality of customer service is very bad. if you will give any complain there is no resolution. gas agencies are not showing the wait of the cylinder when they are delivering but after many complain there is no resolution.

अगर सरकार चाहे तो BSNL का नेटवर्क ठीक करने में केवल 5 माह लगेंगे और न्यूनतम 10 हजार के सरकारी वेतन पर हर गांव में एक कर्मचारी न्युक्ति कर रोजगार उपलब्ध करा सकती है और रहा सबाल सर्विस का तो निर्धारित कनेक्शन से ज्यादा कनेक्शन संचालित होने पर अतिरिक्त पैकेज बेरोजगारी और सर्विस की समस्या खत्म अगर सर्विस की गुणवत्ता या कनेक्शन में कमी तो नौकरी से बाहर रोजगार का रोजगार सरकारी सर्विस की सर्विस *नोट::: सरकारी या जनप्रतिनिधियों को BSNL के कनेक्शन लेने की अनिवार्यता की जाए और फ्री का कोई प्रावधान नहीं होना चाहिए*

VRS for PSB have to be made crystal clear and not left to the whimsical overtones of a colonial era psb Hierarchy. , A Mechanism for monitoring Government business enterprises in terms of HRD is abysmally absent and kindly evolve and put into practice ., My savings are depleting and the Government statutory provision is required
