Hello Sir, Each year india lost lot of tailented people and they try to take citizenship of other county. The reason behind it is our working culture. To make big impact and to change our british slavery attitudes in working it would be good if you can speak few words on this. Like how we can change our "Vertical working culture" to "Horizontal working culture" Now a days all around the world thia Horizontal working culture is used in which all peopel are same only there responsibility and salaries are as per experience. Due to this a lot of slavery attitude and pressure get removed from the corporate / other sectors. With tbis only Inovation are possible. Also I am 100% aure if we start Horizontal work culture across India then 50% NRIs will come back 👍

Honourable Prime minister, A lot of us would have travelled in trains.Trains became an inevitable part of everyone's lives.Even though we have launched trains with top-notch technologies like Vande Bharat and LHB coaches,normal coaches still lack one major feature, it is none other than its doors!At night times, a nightmare for some! and during daylight a scenic journey for some!, But wouldn't it be better if some mechanical/automatic technology is introduced for the train doors!? This might work with the underlying principle of door hinges, As the door is pushed open, a spring inside the door hinge barrel winds up creating spring tension. As a person passes through the door,spring hinges automatically unwinds,causing the door to close.Even though this might have some negative effects like a problem for a person who arrives late for the station.But,at the same time it would be a big relief for those sleeping in the rows next to those doors.Let us work towards a safe and happy INDIA!

As we all know, the city of Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, is one of the fastest growing cities in India, with an ever-increasing population and a thriving economy. The current mode of transportation, however, is failing to keep pace with the rapid growth, and the city is facing severe traffic congestions and pollution problems. The metro rail system has proven to be an effective solution to this problem in other cities and I strongly believe that it can do the same for Hyderabad as well. The expansion of the metro rail system in Telangana will not only ease the daily commute for the residents but also help in reducing air pollution and traffic congestions. माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम, वर्तमान समय में पर्यावरण सुरक्षा एक ज्वलंत मुद्दा बना हुआ है इसी कड़ी में हमारा सुझाव दिया है कि अधिक से अधिक पेड़ पौधे लगाए जाने से न सिर्फ पर्यावरण हरा भरा होगा अपितु प्रदूषण भी कम होगा। अतः हमारा सुझाव है कि ग्रामीण व शहरी इलाके जहां कृषि संभव हो ,फलों के वृक्ष लगाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाए। फ्री प्लान्टेशन कर पक्षियों के लिए फलदार पौधे लगवाए। जिससे कई सारी विलुप्त होने वाली प्रजातियों को भी उनका आवास बनाने की जगह मिल सके। पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए लगातार कार्य करने का संकल्प लेना अति आवश्‍यक है।
