This will make it challenging for any person be it a civilian or a defense person since the only way to discriminate between the different types of effects is to have prior knowledge which leads us to the topic of human subject research. 1. Optogenetics will trigger effects 2. NLDEW will trigger effects 3. Organ on chips will cause effects 4. Bioprocess control can cause various effects 5. Optics with Bioengineering can cause multi modal effects Therefore what is required promptly: 1. Controlled human subject research with various applications of sciences since we have no other choice in dealing with operational weapons that have been deployed 2. Mass education since space domain has been weaponized 3. Training medical professionals in latest warfare & medical approaches during events

Honorable Prime Minister Sir I believe we need to do a complete makeover of our education system. Instead of students reading lessons they should watch a movie/video on the lesson from school book then the teacher will do a group discussion on the character to pass on the key message/lessons that need to be taught to the students and then the online assessment with randomised questions to avoid cheating during examination. This will incorporate our traditional book based learning, book review learning of western countries incorporated in a digital packaging. Also similar to PF contribution government should enforce companies to do a deduction from undergraduate employees and invest this money in their education. May be government can launch their own education portal and test centre for education and charge these companies per candidate. More educated people we have will have more positive contribution towards the country and their own lives as well. Best Regards M

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, Why don't government restore all the forts across the country and launch the luxury hotels chain. All the Guests in this forts converted hotels will be able to experience rich Indian culture and heritage from all across the country and it will boost tourism revenue from all across the globe.
