Here, in view of the fast progressing pro-environment Sector in the field of bio-energy, green Hydrogen, organic farming, etc, I would like to share some of my suggestions regarding the upkeep of cleanliness and environment especially in the sub-urban areas or any other remote areas: 1.the problem of Stray cattle feeding on the rotten stuff is still lingering on. 2.People should make a pit seperate for wet waste containing almost wasted food or make Compost in their own homes for private garde ning. 3Even the free land near the drains can be given to those who can do small scale farming of fruits, vegetables or flowers so that it does not become a hazardous place causing lot of displeasure, discomfort and Environmental degradation. Greetings Salaries and allowances of those who worked for the government during Demand on Situations should be paid in right time. For example, salaries of sanitation workers who have been called temporarily during the Covid times are still not given. The associated government departments are putting some lame excuses and holding their money. What a pity situation is this ? Those who stood for the government are been kicked off after their use. What a shame for a country like India can leave the building blocks left away unwanted. What if the same problem have been done to the MLAs, MPs, Ministers, Government Employees? How can they cope with this problem?

The state has 33 districts we have only 8 schools. Kindly help to establish IIT IIM IISER IIIT Medical and nursing colleges apart from skill development institutes like iti or diploma or arts colleges and railway institutions and like institutes of national importance. Kindly help to establish KGVB's specially for women education and degree colleges and other institutions for special focus of woman literacy development as it is low compared to men. kindly help in creating rural tribal and scheduled, horticulture and agriculture & allied universities or Diplomas and schools up to 12th class as literacy among SC & ST is very low kindly help in establish OBC schools & hostels as they are low according to their population rural areas kindly help in establising

Sir, We are talking of Right to Education as a fundamental right. But even today children are denied of this right. There are two things Sir, that I would request you to please look into. (i) When we wait at traffic signals in our cars or two wheelers, its painful to see children with running nose carrying pens or flowers and begging us to buy something of their products for 10 rupees only so that they can eat. These children are not in schools but on the roads begging as they are homeless. Can we have mobile schools through CSR funding to address these children? (ii) In Aspirational Districts, backward blocks due to absenteism of teachers, or teachers being unwilling to work in these backward areas due to poor logistics in terms of transport facility, hospitals, schools or colleges etc children of govt schools are deprived of learning. Redistribute teachers to deficit areas through an incentive scheme rather than as punishment posting.
