Dear Modi JI, I am writing this as a concerned Mother, Daughter and a citizen. Recently there have been a lot of cases of stray dogs attacking Infants , Kids. Yesterday there was an incited where a 4 year old Kid was attacked and mauled by stray dogs, who later died in the hospital. My Mom has been attacked almost twice while getting us to the airport or station when my sister was studying in Chennai. I would urge you to help us solve this problem. I do not have a great ideas right now but we need to do the following for sure: 1. Control the population of the stray dogs - Local authorities should catch them and train them for adoption. 2. There will be some dogs who are aggressive and cannot be adopted. They should be put to sleep. This is not limited to stray dogs but even monkeys have attacked my relatives living in Delhi. My friends in other countries are scared of coming to India for these reasons. Lets make Incredible India not only for tourist but for the citizens too.

Your government keeps talking about "Make in India" all the time and you seem to have overlooked some basic stuff: Indian street dogs. Why is it that when you talk about making everything in India, all the Indian police and army folks only look for imported breeds like Labradors, German Shepherds, Dobermans etc. for their Canine Squads? Why is it that nobody has thought of adopting and training Indian dogs in these positions? Would they do any worse? Or would they do any better? I think they would certainly do better, if properly trained. And that would also help in solving the stray dogs problem to some extent.

It needs to improve. As Education help to develop critical skills like decision-making, mental agility, problem-solving, and logical thinking. So our population can become resource instead of being asset. Many education institutes assure 100% of education but they don't do like this. The education has become business for many institution.
