It should be free of cost. Today there are some individuals and institutions or companies which are making available translation of some of these books, but these translations are molded by their own opinions and believes and agendas. Ministry of Culture should provide translation as it is and let public / reader/listener understand it and make their own opinion or comprehension.

On television, the owners of different channel companies are fooling the general public and kicking them with greed. The middle class families of the country lead a meager life. In some sense, people live with time, not by showing power and status. Some of these problems need to be solved by thinking about the welfare of the people of the country.

Sir, not only China, NATO (specially it's leading countries) are also big threat to the world peace in future. They will never allow other countries to become developed/powerful in future. Ukraine is perfect example, who even after lapse of one year still unable to understand that actually it is war between Russia Vs NATO not Russia Vs Ukrain. The clever NATO countries never want that a war be fought in their own mainland or loss of lives of their own citizen (except volunteers). This is perfect example of immature leadership of Ukraine. NATO never believes in UNSC. We are very proud that by the grace of god at present we have very competent leadership and foreign policy and we need this strong foreign policy for another 20 years (at least) in comming years.
