1. Give Incentive to Create Jobs to Entreprenuers. 2. Allow Private Sector to Skills for its need as part of CSR 3. CSR should be done for Skilling by Corporates not NGOs only. Lets have CSR act change to give money for Skill in Abundance. 4. Let each School and College have SKILL CENTER run by professionals and Industry ( More than 1 Million Centers in 1 Million Institutions needed). 5. All Ministries should not do Skilling but only ONE under Skill Minister and PMO. Budget to me mapped to Jobs

1. Provide SKILL FOR WORK voucher to Unemployed youth and reimburse them On Line post Proof of Skill Certificate and Getting Job ( Pay Sllip/ employment letter). Funds given to agencies other than direct beneficiary may not work as is the case now. 2. Review Old Schemes carefully and why they have not work. 3. Make Skill part of School from 6th Stadard onwards and provide On The Job Training to kids while in School . 4. Industry should give jobs to skill people. Give incentive to them.

Create an online system where all skilled people of nation register themselves.And those who are not much good in computers Fro eg:Plumbers ,electricians,cleaner ,Domestic helper register themselves in different cities manually with uid may be aadhar card.First it will generate employment and secondly we can maintain track record of such people and ensure security for people of India.Thirdly we can identify skilled people of city and help them generate income on the basis of there skills.

Implementing CBCS (Choice based credit Systems) in University Curricula to include Vocational Skill Development Courses (12th, Graduate & post graduate programs) Rationale: • The current syllabi of most university are obsolete. • Reason: o Faculty members and publisher nexus o Faculty members are not keen to upgrade their skills o Very few industry collaboration available • What Students learn are not relevant to their job role : hindrance for hiring • Less focus on Skills : more focus on kn

1)First and foremost make curriculum in according to current trend with case studies so students will come to know about the industry in which they are going to work in future.2) Make courses like soft skills development, basic computer knowledge, 3)must provide certificates on completion of these courses. 4) Give all industries same support as in India IT is seen to get more importance than other industry 5) More practical Knowledge than theory is required in curriculum

The main problem of lacking skills for Indian Students is Education system of higher education.... There are no skill development activities in any university excluding iits and iims..,most of the students study in otherthan iits and iims Remedies from my view are: 1.Change syllabi 2.Education is not a business its an art stop all the business 3.skillful teachers should be present n they should take care 4.students should be explored to many things 5.

I have my inputs in detail in the attached PDF which is about overall Skill Development Operational aspects including industry responsibilities. I have divided the overall program in to 1. Strategic 2. Tactical Strategic is to enable skill in our education system and Tactical is more to manage the offset and surplus of existing population. There is more to to add but this is just a beginning from my side and i feel more can be done in detail on each of them.

Government Must Create An Association Of Industry Experts to take in charge of text books Content especially for technical education....which must be common across India..

1) One of d biggest problem for Industries to take fresher students is they are lacking in experience...to solve that make 1Year internship compulsory for engineering to complete their course... 2)Don't give permission to colleges unless they have proper infrastructure..many engineering colleges are running atleast in our state though they don't have even minimum infrastructure and facilities.. 3)Our Technical Education gives only text book knowledge..so focus must be given more on practical

1)UGC SHOULD FUND ONLY THOSE UNIVERSITES WHICH HAVE NOT LESS 75% OF COURSES/STUDENT INTAKE AT GRADUATE LEVEL THAT ARE JOB ORIENTED AND DESIGNED IN CONSULTATION WITH INDUSTRIES.LINK UGC FUNDING WITH NO OF SEATS SPONSORED BY INDUSTRY FOR THEIR REQUIREMENT.
