Convert engineering colleges into R&D hubs for companies. 1.) Companies outsource R&D work to colleges 2.) Colleges carry out R&D with help of graduate & PG students under guidance of Professors & PHD students. 3.) Colleges get paid by companies. Hence, Companies get R&D at very resoanble rates, colleges get economic support & students gain precious experience. Which enhances their skills & employability. Such system is working succesfully in germany & cos. like AUDI use such research.

7). An official 'all in one' counselling site sould be developed for proper guidance . Most of aspirants have no clue about job profile , incentives available for the job . Each department should update details regarding job profile, perks, promotion queries etc. 8). We are churing out too many bad engineers . We need to ponder why a mechanic/electrician knows practicle application of mechanical engg. more than a mechanical/electrical engineer .

5). better recruiting style for govt. organisation. An elephant and a monkey can't be compared by their ability of climbing trees. Civil services exam should have intensive personality test program (on the line of CDS GD,interviews ,various practicle test). A person getting 350/500 in Zoology need not be a better administrator .
