1).introduce mobile-laptop repairing class , motorcycle repairing classes compulsory in schools and make Sanskrit, geography etc optional . Mccauley wanted Indians to be a good clerk and he made education service oriented . But with tide of time , we didn't change.... Need of the hour is make education manufacturing oriented ..... so that it opens new avenues .

1. The UG and PG syllabus preparing committee should include a person from industry. 2. Introduce more job oriented courses based on present requirement in industry. 3. Syllabus should have Skill development subject. 4. Internship should also be a part of syllabus. 5. Arrange expert speech from industry. 6. Encourage vacation jobs. 7. Permit students to work part time jobs. 8. Conduct workshop. 9. Universities should provide a platform for self-employment. 10. Make Bank loan procedure simple.

A am associated from last One Year with this project, immediate attention from policy makers - 1.) List of trades getting changed very frequently, new training center facing very major problem due to this unstabe situation. 2.) For registration as VTP no time line givven to state governments hence inspection pending for years giving a huge loss to new training partners. 3.) Policy of state goverments not friendly with central government projects, MES project stopped in Uttarakhand state.

1) Dilution of Minimum Education Qualification requirements for selected Streams i.e. Energy, Environment, Economics (EEE). Experience & Performance shall be the criteria. 2) Start Treating Engineering as Part of Science such that the big discrimination between a third grade engineer (passed from any institution) & a quality Science Graduate will end 3) Involve Industrial Subjects even from School (Say from 5th Standard so that a minimum curiosity will start developing in students.

1)Make theory 60% and practical application 40% in curriculum. 2)Encourage industries to engage trainees/interns in live projects,not only for namesake.They can get a non disclosure agreement signed for intellectual property protection. 3)Encourage innovative approach to problem solving by rewarding more marks/grades in exams for approach which is non standard. 4) Include communication as a subject. Getting the message across in simple crisp manner is one our main challenges.

1. BRING UNIFORMITY IN QUALITY OF EDUCATION ( FROM 1ST CLASS TO 10TH CLASS) ACROSS INDIA. Every child deserves a fair chance in life!!! 2> 2. AVAILABILITY OF INTERACTIVE/RICH MEDIA – EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING CONTENT. Learning with books and with limited access to full fledged lab/workshop does not help much. 3>TRAIN THE TRAINER With partnership with Industry, arrange for trainings/internship of teachers to help align the students towards industry needs.

1) Create a completely virtual (online university) for skill development 2) Develop software tools/curriculum for foundational learning ( eg: welding, sheet metal work, plumbing, masonry) for the virtual university 3) Create a mentor-ship program with financial incentives to skilled workers, artisans. This can be video based or virtual training/hand holding. 4) Stop state governments from the intermediary role in skill development. NSDC should develop private sector companies.

1> Government should keep a Check on the Coaching Institutes that Traps the Students for money and provide sub-standard Coaching. 2>Recruitment Process of every Company should be monitored as Backdoor entry is very Prominent in Private Companies. 3>Government should fund some or Open some skill development Institutions be it Online Coarse or Class-Room teaching that will provide Low cost Education to all. 4>Placement records of Colleges should be checked and verified.
