9) Soft skill development is must for India. This is the growing need for India to participate in global competition. Language proficiency and multilingual education environment must be created. For this India should provide incentive tutors from foreign countries to help train students in India

7) With use of technology, feedback system for students should be developed and this should allow students to rate if their Universities skill development program met the skill requirements for industry. This will help keep check on the universities commitment to delivering the right skills for students.

6) Technology should be used for estimating future skill demands and available skills. This can be done by industries who should publish their needs for future and universities/college should provide the skills they are preparing their students with. The gaps in the University curriculum and industry needs will be highlighted from this exercise and it should be real time.

5) Industries and subject matter experts (SME) should be provided tax breaks/rewards for coming out and helping with skill development seminars. These seminars would help bridge the gap between industry needs and students willing to fill the gap.

4) Universities must establish partnership based projects for bringing research and development. Students participating in these research and development projects will learn real life problems and will be part of a solution. These would help students in learning problem solving, aptitude and force them to find new avenues for finding solutions

3) College students must be encouraged to participate in internship programs at the respective education related industries. College should be given grants/funds allocated to promotion of internship/co-op opportunities that is directly proportion to participation and encouragement

2) Schools (non-Private) must participate in interschool competition on city, region, state and country level in areas of Science, innovation, art, and sports. The government must equally fund schools (non private) for providing even play ground for competition. This will simulate, teachers to learn latest in the respective fields and help students learn new ideas along with diversified interpersonal skill development.

1) Immidiately stop disbursing Unemployment Allowance. 2) Under Graduate Student of BA and B.Sc opt for 3 subjects. Limit this to two subjects and third subject shall be employment oriented skill development in related field. 3) Simplify the process of registering and starting new business entities. 4) Every university shall establish business incubation and fecilitation center instead of employment office where guidance and interaction with a panel of experts be availabe for different domains.
