Students who are passing out of college have no idea how industry functions.All Companies should be given financial incentive to give training to freshers for 6 months. They may continue after 6 mnths or not. Educated Unemployed youth creates frustation and lead to most problems. Remove CASTE based jobs in government. This can increase efficiency and more accountability.

Here is suggestion for skill development of workers.

1. Make a job-oriented courses compulsory for each and every student right from school 2. Incentives/Scholarships to develop entrepreneurial skills among students 3. Set up an ITI in every district

1. Design course curriculum based on industry requirements, create new courses, split and rewrite course curriculum. 2. Modify educational system such that student should spent his 1/3rd time in industry or industry related works. 3. Seek industrial tasks in academia. 4. Test student skill in part of curriculum. 5. Reduce new college approvals 6. Improve existing colleges standards 7. Call Skill development institutes and assign them with industries 8. Conduct compulsory training.

Skill development should be start with education mean in every filed increase portion of practical training more than theory. In case of civil engineer student should be a part of ongoing construction not only to see and watch. Assign responsibility in it, teach how to find worker, cement, steel, etc. in market and how to manage worker, suppler.
