Maids/care takers - With many urban families turning double Income and needing support to manage kid/s and elderly at home, there is requirement for full time or day help at home. 3. Call centre Training – With India being hub for BPO, we can target graduates from North East India with Good command over English, Other northern states for Hindi and rest of the states for regional languages. 4. Construction labourers/Masons - With infrastructure, Roads, House for all projects etc. in the pipeline, un-employed people willing to work hard can be trained in construction related activities 5.
