to build confidence 9 the atmosphere is guiding rather than advising 10 they should homely atmosphere rather than office 11 make available online certificate if hard copy is not available to avoid delay 12 automatic upgradation system as per qualification and experience increase 13 it should as help centre and not office if we do this it will give best help to youngsters and in return they will give better future to nation and self development to achieve the goal of develop nation jaihind

Application feeling to interview preparation now a days there is no system for preparation and counselling so setup. Is first make direct enrol system link to result so no separate enrolment require 2 set up offices which give free counselling for job requirement and available 3 link it with private sector for to select suitable candidate 4 available experts for interview preparation and enhance skill 5 appoint expert volunteers for guidance 6 poster & stories of successful people

First you generate wealth then only you distribute it now over the period of time employment exchange are only for nomination purpose and if gov't announce unemployment bonus then nomination require and for gov't job nomination require so the youth is enrol but now this system is not require as technology advance all registration is on line database 2 we can also use as the student pass the exam it automatically enrol so we require system to develop skill to get guidance how to utilise for from

The registration of every young person through smart card and future fund will make every men and women under one roof through labor department whether they are employed by local shopkeepers, builders, Rickshaws owner, self employed by roadside shops, vegetable shops with proper scrutiny will show that 90% unemployed persons are actually employed & above the B.P.L. level. The scattered nursing home etc should be banned and have to come under roof of co-operative system guided by law of service

Employment/ Entrepreneurship Exchange (EEE) There is a huge gap between the employees registered & the employment opportunities. Hence Employment Exchanges are to be transformed to Employment/Entrepreneurship Exchange. For More details see attached..

First and most important factor is transparency & hi-tech. Registration with employment exchange should be on-line for all and website should be updated regularly with all details. Job advertisement through employment exchange should be published on-line as well as in the local news papers. In Rural part of India Most of Youngsters don't know where the office is.So when student passed out from college/school/ITI, make it mandatory to register in employment exc.
