Creating a self sustaining HR ecosystem linking jobseekers, employers, colleges & students through an open platform, thereby opening up and organizing the fragmented HR Sector (organized and unorganized) and bridging it with the education sector. Innovative services are the need of the hour. Like, 1. Campus placement for all sectors. 2. Open platform. (providing a direct channel to connect) 3. HR services in tier II, III cities and rural places. 4. Inclusive representation of industries.

Govt should change the scope of employment from a "paid job" to "meaningfully contributing task that helps Progressive Economics". And all jobs, including private, part time, full time, contractual - have to be listed in single place. Seekers have to register and avail jobs through distribution model. For example, if X gets a job worth Rs 10K but it gets over within 5 days, the next job worth that value has to be given to next beneficiary.

As per my opinion employment exchange should be centralized so that central government can actually estimate the the level of unemployment in india also I think the reforms that are brought in education sector is also responsible for this for example in 2006 a change was brought in competitive exam for iit's that people scoring 60% can only appear for this exam also number of attempts were reduced did government think about state board children while passing out such judgement no..people from u.p.board were hardly getting first division so an opportunity was taken from similar for other state board as of which most of the pvt. and govt. companies made benchmark that only 60% scoring people can get job does that make any sense because I might be weak in studies on other hand he could be excellent task orienter..at last I would like to conclude that center and state employment exchange have no co- ordination while some state have these department for name sake.

In my view there is no need For govt.run employment exchange this sector is already well managed and result oreinted then those run by govt. so it is shear wastage of public money .As a goverment our Effort should be on creating job oppurtunities this can only be done by encouraging industries, infrastructure, transport etc बेरोजगारी को रोजगार के अवसर उतपन कर के ही खतम किया जा सकता है इम्प्रुवि

I have an idea, i.e lots of colleges in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh are on the verge of closure due to reasons known to all. If we convert these colleges to Finishing Schools for Skill Development, by identifying the strengths of each college, we can train the pass out students of Engineering towards their specific field of interest. Even Entrepreneurship can also be a part of this endeavor. I

Those seeking employment via exchanges ought to be presented with an easy-to-use digital interface that allows access to ACCURATE, BRIEF, & CONTEXTUAL summaries of what skills are in demand, how well they reward, and also offer scope for collaborating to achieve breakthroughs, innovations in growing the opportunities (read demand) for niche skill sets e.g., using creative arts to design effective instruction for skilling, special education needs etc

My mom always says after completing her graduation she apply at employment office at district level and she called for many govt. jobs.I really get surprised.I have just completed my graduation in B.A. and passed out from cbse still there are many job portal and employment offices but they r use less.I totally agree with Sawaraj Bhal to make unite EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM in which not only govt sector but also private sector also contribute.By adding Self Employment crash courses in it,as per ability.
