This task requires you to invest time with the local community in explaining how they can access digital technology and services for their benefit. E.g., banking services, government services, training programs, use of social media, etc.

Digital disparity is a stark reality in our country. We have to educate our fellow citizens on how to access and use digital technologies and services for their personal benefit and for the greater good of society. This task will require you to impart digital knowledge and to understand what it takes to make digital services usable and useful to the common man.

First of all, it is important that every village/town has a computer learning centre that provides knowledge at a very reasonable cost and if possible free of cost, at least to the very poor ones. NGOs and private companies can be involved in this. Tax concessions can be given to companies. Even they can be included in CSR activities of the companies. basic necessity would be the availability of computer in villages and towns.

I had already given a post yesterday. I am encouraging people to lodge their complaints by email and a confirmation copy by Registered Post. I enlighten them about the dangers of Aadhar for which participation by private companies with foreign limbs is there. I request them to go for NPR with specific request not to share data.
