In his conversation with people of India in 'Man ki Baat' our Hon'ble PM called for the society to rise up to caring and including children with disabilities. Laws provide for inclusion. But our teachers are not sensitized and trained to handle such children along with others in the school. HRD ministry should try to make such training a necessary part of their career development and provide incentives, appreciation and award those who excel in this line of duty. As parents we will be grateful.

It is said that dogs , horses and dolfins are very intelligent animals they communicate with autistic child very well . Keeping this in mind i took my nephew to learn horse riding . he enjoyed but since the trainer was not trained for such kids so it was hard for him. so i took my nephew out of the horse riding academy. So special trained trainers should be their in horse riding academies too.

In small cities we don't have much facilities. Here in Agra, we had few very good Occupational, Education and Speech therapist, but they soon left for Delhi as Agra did not offer them much. Here we don't have many institutes that offer facilities. The NGO's are not concerned about child welfare but they use them to get donations and tax rebates. Govt should take a step and promote organizations that work or such children. Parents of such children should be enrolled & data should be maintained.

My nephew is autistic a special kid of 13 years . He is studying in special school . Since autistic kids donot speak so there is no verbal communication with other kids having same disorder . We couldn't find a normal school where such kids can study as normal schools don't have special trained teachers ... Sir I am maths teacher in Kv and recently been awarded national incentive . I would like if admission to such kids are given in kendriya vidyalayas and some of Kv teachers are given training

Each & every school should include the special children along with the normal children so that they are not separated from the start of their life. They will also get stimulated by interacting with their peer groups. Every class should have quota for special need children. In this way normal children will also know how to deal with special children. However, each school should also employ the special educator also to deal with special needs of such children.

1. Special Techniques of learning & special study material, like for blind people - study material in braille language & audio format, for people with hearing disability & those who can't speak - written material & assisting pictures. 2. Smart technology can be used to enhance learning & reduce teaching, since more teaching, more complexity for students with special needs. 3. Smart Learning methods must be introduced & developed by the researchers & educationists.

To make education inclusive government must do the following: 1. Educational planning to be done through consultation with disabled people, parents of disabled children, and disability NGOs; 2. Prioritise pre- and in-service teacher training in learner-centred, participatory teaching methods which respond to the needs of each category of children with special needs; 3.Ensure schools, language of instruction and learning materials to be accessible for all; 4. Employ teachers with disability.

Specially able person shouldn't feel left out by government in any circumstances. Basic requirements of specially able person should be gathered carefully and it should be made as a law to implement the same within a specific time frame. For example 1. There should be a path way where the specially able person can go in a wheel chair ( especially in public places) 2. All the TV program should come with subtitle for deaf people US has strict law around this.
